I just heard about this concept last week through the Roundtable discussion called "Customer Success as your Fundraising Superpower" led by John Gleeson - the Founder, Investor, Top Leader in Customer Success, who have led a business grow from $1mil to $300mil ARR. 

During the conversation, we discussed the importance of being the customer companion in driving their own success and the right mindset to enable it. NRR, NPS are key KPIs to indicate such relationships to the investors. 

John also answered my question about how to build a community around our product with our customers, and his insights really confirmed that we're on the right track with our strategy for my early-stage startup.

CIX Summit is not another tech startups conference, I am convinced by its agenda, concepts as it gave me the chance to talk 1:1 with VCs. The honest, sharp feedback I received from pitching to 5 VCs was invaluable – pushing me to think critically and refine my approach. Golden time chatting with reps from from award-winning startups through their amazing journeys was so insightful.
